This was an amazingly popular challenge - thanks to Lisette Madsen in Denmark for coming up with the original idea. Mel and Carole from our design team have tried their hand at covering the criteria, and then it's over to you. What a fun challenge! Mel is a big Scenic Route fan so it was fun to play along and use up some of her random patterned paper scraps to achieve a layered appearance. She took the challenge theme and incorporated it directly into her title mixing up Scenic Route alphabets and chipboard.
This is Carole's interpretation of the Everyday Distressed challenge. She used SEI Poppy, which is a very vibrant and very colour range of papers. She distressed all the pattern papers as well as the embellishments, even so it still is a very refreshing layout. Carole has also created a little mini album attached to this layout to fit more photos in total 6 photos.
For Carole everyday is about being together as a family and experiencing that fun with her kids, no matter where you are.
