This is just hard sharing this much personal detail with the online world Leeann says. She’s not one to share the real personal stuff. But just this once she will let the barriers down. Leeann’s mum passed away last year in June. Leeann knew that this day would come, but you just don’t know when. Sadly for Leeann and her siblings this was not the first time they lost her. When Leeann was nine years old her mum was in a car accident which left her in a state that she was unable to look after her children or even realise she had children. So much of Leeann’s life was without parents and each day that came it was about surviving! Leeann and her sisters and brother are strong people who each have their own little families now. Their mother lives on inside these children.
Leeann created this page in remembrance of her mum. Just a little something which helps explains to her children where she is now. Leeann also had the girls write a little something to her as she was their grandmother after all.
You don’t have to tell Leeann twice. The title says it “totally blessed” to have these three little girls in her life. They are her whole world, her daily sunshine and her everything!
The two pages that Leeann created all have hidden journaling. Leeann used small bags and adhere then under the base layers and made tags to slide in and out. She couldn’t resist playing with all the Amy Tangerine sketchbook papers and layered sticker embellishments. Leeann added all her personal little touches of clustering, layers, buttons and machine stitching.
