three more design team members tackled the challenging products challenge after maxine's stunning desk set last week, and we think they too came up with some pretty inspiring results.
Chris combined the Heidi Swapp tape with small strips of Tinkering Ink Gibson papers to create this interesting border around her photos and journalling. She used the Fontwerks rub-on sayings to help tell the story of her layout and incorporated the chip bases into a platform for part of her title.
Initially Jaimie was nervous about using the Gibson range on a double page LO but in the end she was pleasantly surprised at how well the pages came together. Jaimie kept it simple, with a large title and minimal embellishments to keep the focus on her photos. For something different she cut the chip bases in half giving her supersized arrows as an interesting addition. Heidi Swapp Grunge Decorative Tape & Fontwerks Kate's Sayings Rub-ons teamed with hand journaling finishes off this double page LO.
Nic knew as soon as she saw the Gibson range from Tinkering Ink that it would be perfect for photos she had sitting for the past 2 years! Earthy browns & bright greens were perfect to depict her fun-loving, nature-mad son. Nic used the Heidi Tape in brown as an underline throughout the book, the fontwerks rubons were added to most pages and Nic used a Deluxe Designs Chipboard square as a base for her title. Extras to finish off this simply stunning mini book include CherryArte chipboard and rubon alphas.
