Steph loved all the pretty colors and florals from the packaging of the Cath Kidston Bathroom Toiletries. She has used Rouge De Garance's Adele line, with its bright hues and bold florals. This line is perfect to mix and match patterns and shapes and compliments enlarged photo's with its wonderful rich palette.
Kathie thought these Perrier water bottles were the cutest thing she’d seen in a long while. She’s used the whimsical imagery as the basis for her layout. Starting with a background of BasicGrey Lemonade papers in the same yellow shades as the bottles, she’s borrowed from the rainbow effect in the central bottle and added a wash of pinks and purples across the top of the page.
The flowers on the bottles reminded Kathie of the flowers in the Sassafras Lass Sweet Marmalade line and she’s combined some flowers cut from the patterned paper, and some of Sassafras Lass’ hand made blossoms. The hand made blossoms are layered and finished with buttons, and were a simple way to add loads of dimension to the page. Sassafrass Lass Sweet Marmalade stickers and BasicGrey rhinestones are scattered amongst the other embellishments.
A strip of Hambly Mod Circles overlay and a couple of strips of patterned paper ground the layout and replicate the coloured strips at the base of the bottles and the little rows of circles surrounding the bottles.
The font used for the "Perrier" title on the bottles reminded Kathie of the Fashion Script alpha stickers by Pink Paislee, so she's used these for her title.
