Sue just loves the latest trend of using banners or garlands to embellish your pages. They can be created using products that are designed for that purpose, for example the Jenni Bowlin banner stickers. Or you can create your own by handcutting them, or even use a paper punch to create something different, such as the butterfly garland across the top of this page.
Sue used the Crate Paper Paper Doll range to design a fun layout featuring pictures of her daughter Lily and her cousin Keely. The butterfly garland is a fun addition to embellish the photos of the girls playing outdoors on a slip and slide.
For this page, Sue used the Jenni Bowlin banner stickers to create a title for her son Bailey’s school page. The colours in the Sassafras papers compliment the banner stickers well. To emphasise the little letter stickers, first punch a small circle from patterned paper and add to the stickers with mounting tape. Sue also stuck the banner stickers to Kraft cardstock and cut around them, leaving a small border of cardstock to make them stand out a little more on the layout.
What a fun Easter layout that Lucy has created using primarily Sassafras papers and embellishments. The banner across the top is such a cute embellishment and is perfectly added with the row of stitching across the top. Thanks for allowing us to post your layout Lucy. It is lovely!
Lisa Dickinson kindly allowed us to post her pretty layout showcasing a wonderful banner across the top. Lisa has used one of the new Jenni Bowlin Co-ordinations Embossed cardstock for the basis of her layout which adds a lovely texture. The papers are from Sassafras and Cosmo Cricket. I love how Lisa has created the whimsical banner across the top of her page. It is perfectly used to frame her lovely photos. Thanks so much Lisa for allowing us to share your page.
