The swirls. cogs and circles of the Dude range from Paper Loft reminded Caz of the ramps and wheels at her Son's recent birthday party at Monster Skatepark. Caz cut elements from some of the patterned papers and layered them over the plain papers, adding dimension by afixing some of them with foam tape. She's still waiting patiently for Jesse to fill in the 10 favourite things about his birthday.
Although Paper Loft’s Morning Rain paper range includes gorgeous reds and yellows along with the blues, Suz chose to single out the delicate cornflower blue and navy palette and just use those on this layout about her daughter and her gardening interests. She cut out flowers from the printed papers and mingled them with some Prima canvas ones as a simple embellishment on the page.
