It was fascinating to Suz to watch her daughter grow over the glow of candles on her birthday cake each year. Though she’s unable to find one of Phoebe’s very first birthday, every birthday since has been recorded thanks to the advent of digital photography. It was a wonderful trip down memory lane to see the toddler grow into a beautiful girl, to watch the number of candles grow each year and to remember the dramas of each of the birthday cakes. This is such a worthwhile exercise, and how cool in another eight years when she can turn this into a double layout chronicling her sweet 16th.
Suz has used Prima’s Fairy Flora collection, sparingly, on this layout as she wanted the whimsy of the designs, but more importantly she wanted the photos to shine. She included one of their handy notelets to add the title.
Its always lovely to look at your childrens photos and see over the years how they have grown and how they have changed. Carole created this progressive layout starting with her little boy Chaise at 1 week through to Now. Carole used Cosmo Cricket Joy Ride for a fun and bright look to her layout with a freestyle feel.
Louise just loved creating this layout, focusing on progressive photo's of herself. Louise doesn’t have a lot of photos of her early life, however with the few that she does have she loves to re scrap over and over, challenging herself to come up with new ways to create with them, so people don’t tire of seeing the same photos over and over LOL :).
