Caz loved the simple design of the 6 segment photo tray so decided to make a display of the places she would love to visit the most to add to the travel display she already has in her home. The other pieces are mainly red, black and white so she decided to stick to the same theme with a splash of colour.
Caz printed 3 photos of monuments that are symbolic of her chosen countries and then found three maps of the areas that had a splash of red in them.
She then added rub-ons, clear elements, charms and other little tokens to give the photos more interest and a film strip holding the 'travel the world' title. The tray now takes pride of place in her travel display along with the memory jars.
Caz took a different approach to memory jars. Rather than filling one jar with memories she altered these cute little jars from Ikea and filled each with a different collection. Coins and notes from all over the world, shells from a beach holiday and a pebble collection that one of her kids had tucked away. She added the cute travel tags from the We R Memory Keepers Travel Light range and added them to the travel themed display she has going in her home.
