Sue loves MME products. She adores the soft, prettiness of the Blush range which suited Sue's photos of Lily, perfectly. Often the MME papers are so beautiful, they can be daunting to cut into. Especially the glittered papers. The papers are designed in such a way that you really could just place your photos and embellishments straight onto one backing paper, and be done.
But Sue does like a few layers in her pages, so she has cut into them, utilising the bird cage image from one side of the paper, and the soft green pattern from the reverse. You may not notice when you first look at the page, but Sue has used one of the transparency frames and cut it into pieces to create a border of pink flourish around her photos. It helps to add another layer.
Sue has also used the gorgeous MME brads, along with Prima felt leaves and flowers. Her chipboard has been altered with Tim Holtz Distress Crackle paint.
The combination of grey and yellow with the touch of aqua make the Lost & Found Sunshine range a joy to work with. The large range of coordinating embellishments meant that Kim found it so easy to find the perfect finishing touches for this family layout.
This gorgeous layout was designed by Nicole Nowosad. Nicole and her family are lucky enough to live close to a beautiful beach, just outside their city. Nicole says they visited the beach in late Summer and were the only people around on one stretch of the beach. Her children were playing so well together and Nicole captured the moment with her camera.
Nicole knew she wanted to print her photo in sepia tones and it matched the MME papers beautifully. The soft aqua, mixed with cream, yellow and grey were really perfect! Nicole just love the touches of glitter in the line too, and had to use it! We think she has done a fantastic job. Thanks Nicole!
