Georgia combined paper from Crate Paper's Random range with embellishments from the Farmhouse range. The ranges compliment each other perfectly and look fabulous together. This layout is a perfect example of how a range with a strong theme can be used for just about any sort of project. The papers and embellishments of the Farmhouse range largely have to do with have cooking and fresh produce and yet Georgia has used them to create a fun and funky layout about herself.
Georgia has backed the two chipboard frames with lined paper from her daughter's exercise book, placing a layer of foam tape between them to give them some added dimension. She has used more foam tape to raise the rest of the embellishments at various heights to make them really leap off the page. The ink splatters and pieces of kitchen string give Georgia's otherwise clean layout a bit of a messy feel.
Christmas photos tend to be very busy and Kim has dealt with that well by using a single quite neutral paper from the Crate Paper Peppermint range and then finishing the layout with clusters of chipboard and sticker embellishments. To give the hanging ornaments a more realistic look, Kim has added twine hanging down from the top of the page and tucking it under the ornament.
Danielle created this eye catching page using Crate Paper’s Portrait range and turned it into something uniquely hers. The 'Something Blue' patterned paper formed the background for her own hand drawn vinyl design, which was easily transferred using the Silhouette's transfer paper technique. She added Crate’s chipboard accents and eclectic buttons to finish off this keepsake page of their travels.
Nicole Nowosad has created this absolutely stunning project using Crate Paper's Random range. Nicole has combined the chipboard elements with the sticker sheet containing he same designs to fabulous effect. The little details such as the stitching over the title, the white paint and the string around the photo give the whole layout a really fun, quirky look.
Stila has created a beautiful, fresh page using Crate Paper's Emma's Shoppe range. The simple grid design of the photos on the bright, cheerful background is lovely and offset perfectly by the fun little embellishments scattered around the page.
Geralyn has done an amazing job using the Random range for this layout. We loved how she has fussy cut the pink flowers and layered them around the bottom and right of her photo. Geralyn has also created an eye catching cluster to the top right of her photo by layering die cuts, patterned paper and dimensional stickers.
Finally, Geralyn has also used the Farmhouse collection to scrap a pending arrival of a baby - what a great use for this range and Geralyn has done it beautifully. We loved how she created the clsuter of embellishments next to the photo and then how the little butterfly and its trail leads our eye from the photo to the title.
