Louise N really enjoyed creating lots of colourful visual texture on the background of this layout. The white resist freestyle pattern was first created with gesso, and then the graded colour was created using three shades of the Tattered Angels Chalkboard Glimmer mist; Inchworm, Valencia, and Polka Dot Pink.
Janine used several techniques while creating this LO to showcase Tattered Angels products. Firstly, she used a mask and sprayed Seven Seas Chalkboard Glimmer Mist onto a sheet of sticky backed canvas. While the mask was still wet she quickly flipped it onto a sheet of white cardstock to get a "stamped" image of the mask at the top of her page. Once the canvas was dry she cut around it for the striking fabric layer in this design.
