Light, sunshine and clouds are themes Danielle loves to use and here she has combined them in a layout about her daughter. To create the background, strips of My Mind's Eye paper have been scattered across another paper - also from their Nostalgia range - and painted over to create an interesting background. Glimmer glaze was used to add a leaf design, and Prima embellishments give a vibrant finishing touch.

When it comes to hard times or challenges in life, Danielle usually just gets through them and moves on, constantly focusing on something else. That said, she does feel that there can be value in exploring such lows and the emotions that arise, as it can be helpful to understanding ourselves, which is generally a good thing!
It surprised Danielle how easily this layout poured out, and she loved using the Heidi Swapp FotoStack Openable Staggered Paper Album for ample journaling space - most of it hidden from sight.
