We’d love you to join in our calendar challenge, using the sketches created by our design team.
As each of our design team members has their own special style, it will enable you to explore a wealth of different sketches and techniques. We’ll be awarding random prize packs over the weeks for entries we receive! You don’t need to use the same products as our pages, but if we show them on the blog we would prefer to product to be from Aussie Scrap Source suppliers.
So – get scrapping and email them to us at aussiedt(at)iinet(dot)net(dot)au. We’ll need pics of your own March and April pages by next Wednesday 24th October.
We can’t wait to see how you interpret the sketches and showcase what you create! This week Stacy Young and Kim Arnold bring you their fabulous designs.
Stacey was given the No 11 Green Craft Core cardstock to work with for her March calendar piece. It worked out perfectly as March is birthday month for her eldest son. She teamed the Echo Park Paper collection Everyday Eclectic with the cardstock to create this fun, vibrant page.

Kim was allocated No 20 Brown cardstock to use for her calendar page for April. She has chosen to highlight the warmth of this colour by using the beautiful Harvest Lane collection from Simple Stories. There is very much a patchwork / homely feel to this range which Kim has accentuated by including a beautiful family quote drawing on the patchwork theme.
