Two Sizzix dies, Crate Paper’s The Pier collection and a smattering of flowers and glitter are what’s required to recreate Suz’s wedding inspiration, with her chosen palette of gelato colours and a nod to romantic, beachy, sunset themes.
It’s a modern take on beachy with gorgeous stripes and chevrons from The Pier collection for her Save the Date card. Sizzix provides the embossing, and the butterfly die is one cut from the Tim Holtz Butterflight Edge die.
The invitation makes use of both the Butterflight Die which creates an unusual topped card, and the embossing die gives the front of the card texture and structure. Suz has used the die a second time on vanilla cardstock and raised it for the centre of the card. Though she has used Crate Paper’s chipboad alphas on this sample, a more economical route would obviously to be to stamp the monogram on the card.
The Butterflight theme along with the chevrons from the Save the Date card is repeated in this cute Thank You card. The embossed thank you comes from the same embossing set which makes it super-versatile.
Beautiful Prima Crystal flowers adorn the table numbers on a pretty emboosed and matted card. These are simplicity itself but the flowers help make them look a million dollars.
All sorts of favours can be sewn inside this pretty paper packet, simply sewn as a tube secured at right angles at either end, and again the Thank You Textured Impression is a quick and pretty way to thank your guest for attending.
